Service Description
A comprehensive 50-minute initial evaluation designed to discuss your clinical history, current goals, and determine the most effective therapeutic approach for your needs. This session establishes the foundation for your journey toward healing and growth in a safe, professional space.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required to cancel/reschedule 50-80 minute appointments without incurring a cancellation fee in the amount of half of the regular session fee for the first short notice and full fee for subsequent late cancellations. No shows will be automatically charged the full fee of the scheduled session, after 2 no shows within a 2 month time period you will loose your spot on the calendar. For intensives: a 14 day notice is needed to cancel or reschedule after booking. A non-refundable deposit of half of the service fee will be due following approval of application at the time of booking. Failure to provide adequate notice of cancellation or a no show will result in charge of full fee. If a client ends treatment early and does not complete the full intensive/follow ups no refunds will be given.
